All content and materials provided through our Services, including but not limited to audio broadcasts, text, images, software, and logos, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by us and/or our suppliers.

Taking any action that could create a false or misleading impression of affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by SBI MEDIA LTD and/or SUNSHINE RADIO LTD.
Using our Services in a manner that could disrupt, disable, overburden, or impair our Services or interfere with any other user’s enjoyment.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Services, user accounts, or computer systems.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation.
If negotiation fails, you irrevocably agree that the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
